Food waste is an enormous problem in the US. Nearly one third of all food produced is lost or wasted due to bad habits and uneducated consumers. The challenge was to create an app that would solve a world problem, and this is the one I wanted to tackle. I designed an app and animated it to show how we could use a customized system to eliminate food waste. Still hoping to one day develop this, but for now it’s just a concept that I wish was real.
